This Privacy Policy explains how Jade Memories ("Jade", "we", "us", "our"), as the controller of your personal data, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Jade Memories application, website, and related services (the "Service"). We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account data. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a user identifier to create and secure your Account.
1.2 Your Content. The photos, videos, text, and comments you add to your Pages. Your Content is stored on Google Firebase and encrypted at rest (see §5).
1.3 Page-protection data. PINs you set for a Page are stored only in hashed form; we cannot read your PIN.
1.4 Subscription data. If you subscribe, our payment providers report your subscription status (active, expired, plan). We do not receive or store full payment-card details; Apple, Google, or the payment processor handle the transaction.
1.5 Chain data. The serial of the NFC Chain linked to a Page, so the correct Chain opens the correct Page.
1.6 Device and diagnostic data. A push-notification token (if you enable notifications), and limited app-usage and crash-diagnostic data used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not collect your location.
2. How We Use Information
We process the data above to: (a) create and secure your Account; (b) store and display your Content to the people you authorize; (c) process and manage subscriptions; (d) send notifications you have enabled; and (e) maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service, including diagnosing and fixing problems. Where required by law, our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (processors) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations (see §4); and
- Authorities, where we are required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful request, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security commitments.
5. Security and Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Firebase, and access is gated by your Account, Page PINs, and private links. We access your Content only with your permission or where legally required — we do not browse your memories, sell them, or use them for advertising or any commercial purpose. No system is completely secure, but we apply strong, industry-standard safeguards.
6. Your Rights and Choices
From within the app you can, at any time:
- Export a copy of your data; and
- Delete your Account, which removes your Pages and Content from our systems.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability, under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any right, contact support@jade-me.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Data Retention and International Transfers
We retain your Account and Content while your Account is active. When you delete your Account, we remove your Pages and Content from our systems; backups and logs are purged on a rolling basis. Some Pages may expire on a schedule you control. Your data is stored and processed on Google Firebase infrastructure and may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your country; by using the Service you consent to such transfer as necessary to provide it.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the date above.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تقوم Jade Memories («جيد»، «نحن»)، بصفتها المتحكّم في بياناتك الشخصية، بجمع المعلومات واستخدامها والإفصاح عنها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيق Jade Memories وموقعه والخدمات المرتبطة («الخدمة»). نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. وباستخدامك الخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
١-١ بيانات الحساب. عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google، نستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّفًا للمستخدم لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه.
١-٢ محتواك. الصور والمقاطع والنصوص والتعليقات التي تضيفها لصفحاتك. يُخزَّن محتواك على Google Firebase ويُشفَّر أثناء التخزين (راجع البند ٥).
١-٣ بيانات حماية الصفحة. الرموز السرية (PIN) تُخزَّن بصيغة مُشفّرة (hash) فقط، ولا يمكننا قراءة رمزك.
١-٤ بيانات الاشتراك. إذا اشتركت، يخبرنا مزوّدو الدفع بحالة اشتراكك (فعّال، منتهٍ، الباقة). ولا نستلم أو نخزّن تفاصيل بطاقتك الكاملة؛ تتولّى Apple أو Google أو مزوّد الدفع المعاملة.
١-٥ بيانات السلسلة. الرقم التسلسلي لسلسلة الـ NFC المرتبطة بصفحة، ليفتح كل سلسلة صفحتها الصحيحة.
١-٦ بيانات الجهاز والتشخيص. رمز الإشعارات (إن فعّلتها)، وبيانات استخدام وتشخيص محدودة تُستخدم لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها وتحسينها.
نحن لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي.
٢. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
نعالج البيانات أعلاه من أجل: (أ) إنشاء حسابك وتأمينه؛ (ب) تخزين محتواك وعرضه لمن تأذن لهم؛ (ج) معالجة الاشتراكات وإدارتها؛ (د) إرسال الإشعارات التي فعّلتها؛ (هـ) الحفاظ على أمان الخدمة وسلامتها واستقرارها، بما في ذلك تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها. وحيثما يلزم القانون، تكون أسسنا النظامية هي تنفيذ العقد معك، وموافقتك، ومصالحنا المشروعة في تشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها.
٣. كيف نشارك المعلومات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها إلا مع:
- مزوّدي الخدمة (المعالِجين) الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا وفق التزامات سرية وأمان مناسبة (راجع البند ٤)؛ و
- الجهات المختصة، حيثما يلزمنا الامتثال للقانون أو لإجراء نظامي أو طلب مشروع، أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة وسلامة الخدمة.
٤. مزوّدو الخدمة الذين نعتمد عليهم

يعالج كل مزوّد البيانات وفق التزاماته الخاصة بالخصوصية والأمان.
٥. الأمان والتشفير
بياناتك مشفّرة أثناء النقل وفي التخزين (at-rest) على Google Firebase، والوصول مقيّد بحسابك ورموز الصفحات والروابط الخاصة. لا نطّلع على محتواك إلا بإذنك أو عند وجود إلزام قانوني — ولا نتصفّح ذكرياتك، ولا نبيعها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو لأي غرض تجاري. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لكننا نطبّق حماية قوية وفق معايير الصناعة.
٦. حقوقك وخياراتك
من داخل التطبيق يمكنك في أي وقت:
- تصدير نسخة من بياناتك؛ و
- حذف حسابك، مما يزيل صفحاتك ومحتواك من أنظمتنا.
وبحسب مكان إقامتك، قد تكون لك أيضًا حقوق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو تقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها، وفي نقل البيانات، بموجب أنظمة مثل GDPR الأوروبي/البريطاني، أو نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL)، أو قانون خصوصية المستهلك في كاليفورنيا (CCPA). لممارسة أي حق، راسلنا على support@jade-me.com. وقد يكون لك أيضًا حق تقديم شكوى لجهة حماية البيانات المختصة لديك.
٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والنقل الدولي
نحتفظ بحسابك ومحتواك ما دام حسابك فعّالًا. وعند حذف حسابك نزيل صفحاتك ومحتواك من أنظمتنا، وتُمسح النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات بشكل دوري. وقد تنتهي بعض الصفحات وفق جدول تتحكّم به أنت. وتُخزَّن بياناتك وتُعالَج على بنية Google Firebase، وقد تُنقل وتُعالَج في مواقع خارج بلدك؛ وباستخدامك الخدمة توافق على هذا النقل بالقدر اللازم لتقديمها.
٨. خصوصية الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن ١٣، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية منهم. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا زوّدنا ببيانات، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
٩. تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. وعند أي تغيير جوهري سنُعلمك داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه.
